This peculiar winery of circular structure dates back to 1891. It was built with noble materials: living stone, solid brick, iron and wood—a construction typical of 19th-century modernism. It is highlighted by a conical roof and its interior cover. Formed by 2 buildings: winery and control board offices. It’s currently the Vine and Wine Museum of the Valencian Community, as well as the headquarters of the Regulatory Council and the Circle of Oenophiles.
