Pago de Tharsys

The winery is located in the middle of its property’s fourteen hectares of organic vineyards with unique characteristics that give it its own Pago de Tharsys Denomination of Origin.

The winery produces wines of the highest quality under two other  Denominations of Origin: Utiel-Requena D.O. and Cava D.O. Among the varieties grown, it is worth highlighting  its commitment to the ¨Bobal¨ grape, a grape native to the region. Pago de Tharsys is renowned as a leading producer of cava in the region, recognised for being a pioneer in crafting these sparkling wines, owing much of its success to its founder Vicente Garcia, considered ¨The father of Valencian cava¨

We also have a charming rural hotel next to the winery, in what was formerly a flour mill. It has capacity for 14 people, distributed in 4 double rooms, a loft and a lake cottage. In addition, guests have a common lounge where they can enjoy a leisure space while having a glass of wine or cava.

It’s a place in the heart of the vineyard to unwind and let yourself be carried away by the authentic pleasures of life.
