At the end of 1979, Genaro and Tere decided to embark on a new and difficult path in the hotel business. Until now, they had always worked for other companies. But this time, despite many doubts, fears, and uncertainties, they made the decision to start their own catering business on their land. After emigrating to London in the 60s and then returning to Valencia, they decided to continue in the hotel business in the early 80s. They were difficult years but always with the same goals: adherence to principles, hard work, and determination. We always defend the gastronomic principle of our region. Over time, the operation evolved, establishing a defined menu and advocating for our products more effectively. This expansion also included our wines, enriching the offerings of the entire Utiel-Requena region. These are very competitive and high-quality wines. His daughters, Esmeralda and Begoña, took over after training in tourism and hospitality. We have a clear example of traditional hospitality.
