Utiel-Requena Wine Route

The Wine Route Association of the Utiel-Requena D.O. was created in 1999 thanks to several entities and companies aiming to promote the touristic potential of this inland region, deeply connected to the ancient culture of wine. Currently, it is made up of over 50 establishments, including wineries, restaurants, lodging, museums, wine cellars, active tourism companies and official organisations, which make up a very complete and attractive tourist offer for visitors.

The Utiel-Requena D.O. Wine Route runs through ten municipalities—Camporrobles, Caudete de las Fuentes, Chera, Fuenterrobles, Requena, Siete Aguas, Sinarcas, Utiel, Venta del Moro and Villargordo del Cabriel—dotted with vineyards that offer numerous possibilities during your visit to the region. 

Since its inception, it has been involved in the "Wine Routes of Spain" project, supported by ACEVIN (Association of Spanish Wine Cities) and the General Secretariat of Tourism, which dictates quality standards that all establishments must meet.
