La Parra 1923 Rural House is a village house located in El Pontón, a small rural hamlet just 2 km from Requena.

Built in 1923, this three-story structure spans about 500 m² in total, inside and out. It has been meticulously renovated, preserving its wooden beam structure and stone walls that act as natural insulators, offering substantial benefits, particularly in summer. Featuring a 100 m² yard, the highlight of the property, this area is where you will likely spend most of your time.
