Bodegas Viña de Eufemia

Viña Eufemia is a young winery based in Utiel-Requena with a clear philosophy: to produce wines and cavas that honestly reflect their origins, with the utmost respect for the land, the vineyard and its surroundings.

We manage the vineyard using sustainable and regenerative practices, focusing on soil health and the natural balance of the ecosystem. We believe that the quality of the wine begins in the vineyard, which is why we promote biodiversity and care for each plot with minimal intervention.

In the winery, we guide the process with care, seeking to preserve the purity and identity of each grape. We currently produce a range of cavas – from fresh, straightforward styles to longer-aged cuvées with greater complexity – alongside still wines that reflect the character of the region.

We focus on indigenous varieties such as Bobal and Tardana, alongside other Mediterranean varieties such as Macabeo and Xarel·lo, working with old, low-yielding vines to produce balanced wines with freshness, tension and personality.

Our aim is for each wine to convey authenticity, whilst always maintaining a common thread: the pure expression of the terroir.
