Bodegas Emilio Clemente

Bodegas Emilio Clemente is a family winery that began its activity in 2000 on the ruins of a 19th century manor house, faithfully rebuilt following its original style and using materials from the period wherever possible.

 Nestled in the Cerrito de San Blas, from which the Magro River can be seen as it passes through Requena, our hectare of Chardonnay, which welcomes visitors like a garden, enjoys a microclimate that gives it a special maturation.

 The winemaking plant is, unlike the house, completely new. Designed across three levels to utilise gravity for wine movement, it features state-of-the-art technology and a stunning barrel room on the cellar floor, where classical music plays 24/7. We bottle our wines on the property. We have plenty of patios, gazebos, gardens, dining rooms and halls where you can taste our wines accompanied by other local artisan products.

Visiting Emilio Clemente is not only to enter the world of wine, but also to learn about the architecture, design and art of Requena 200 years ago.
